At Daiwa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
